Tilikum Day Camp

Peyton and I got to go on a field trip together on Tuesday. It was out at Tilikum Day camp. Peyton got to fish, canoe, sing, feed the animals, hike and cross the rope. She had a blast and I really enjoyed being with Peyton.

Here is a cute pic of Peyton before she got on the canoe.

On the canoe.

Peyton, not so sure she wants to cross the rope.

Her first step.

Almost lost her balance.

She is going to make it!

Carnival

Peyton's school had a carnival the other night so I took the girls. Papa and Mimi met up with us and had some fun too!

Here is Peyton doing the rope climb. She made it to the top twice.

Look at that cheesy smile. Kennedy was so excited to win her new Beta fish. Now we get to see how long we can keep it alive!

Check out that hairdo. My girls do not grow hair on the side of their head until they are about 18 months old!

Peyton is a Rockstar!

Peyton went to a Rockstar birthday party a couple of weeks ago. It was really neat, they even had a green room and a stage. Here is Peyton looking cool in her High School Musical hat on the way to the party.

This image cracks me up!

Here is an image from my recent session with Justin and Danielle. I am just starting to edit the pictures and found this one. I had given Justin the instructions to look at Danielle's belly. I had a little something different in mind. :) I think this needs to be titled "What's in there?" or something like that! If you have any suggestions, post a comment.

Cannot wait for baby Natalie to arrive!

Jerry Rice

While working the bar detail with some other cops, Ray was at one and told us that Jerry Rice was upstairs. He was nice enough to come down from his little VIP area and snap a pic with us. Pretty cool to meet one of the greatest football players ever.

Ray is moving back to Cali

Ray is moving back to California on Thursday night, so I took her, Derek and Jeremy out for a quick picture while they are all still here together.

I hope you like it Stephanie!

We now have a yellow belt in the house!

After hours of studying, Peyton passed her test today for her yellow belt. We are so proud of her. Here are a couple from today.

Look at this girl kick! It amazes me every time I see it.

Photobucket

Peyton had to break the wood with her hand. Check out the thickness. She did it the first time!

Derek's Dad came to town

Jeff and Tre drove up from Long Beach, California about two weeks ago. They stayed for a couple of days and we loved having them. Tre took the girls to the park for several hours each day and they had a blast with him.

We only have 67 more days until we head down to Disneyland and get to see them both again.

My wife...

I leave for work everyday not knowing what is in store for me. But I do know that when I leave everyday, I have a wonderful woman back home who loves me enough to have three beautiful girls with me and is always there for me. She is a wonderful wife and an even better mother. I don't know if there is a better human being on the planet. You deserve better and I am grateful to be married to you.

Thank you for all that you are Jenni.

Love, Derek
