Just back from the coast today!!
Derek's sister Kaela is in town for a week from California visiting us, so we took her to our resort at the Oregon coast. We had a great time and the weather was AMAZING!! We went swimming first and then Kaela and Derek went to shop at Nike. Pizza filled out tummies later in the evening. Today we went to breakfast, went to the beach, and did a little shopping. We love the Oregon coast.

Peyton gets her haircut for kindergarten
Peyton was so happy being pampered by our friend Deeanna. She took off some inches for Peyton before school started.

Peyton is sick today
On Tuesday Peyton got sick but she has felt better the next couple of days. This morning she woke up with a 102 fever. She has some blotches on her face from being so hot and a really sore throat. She is such a good little patient. Kennedy of course is getting stir crazy. I will try and be better at posting next week, with some more pictures too! Have a great weekend.

26 more days!!!!
We found out that we will get to find out the sex of the next Carmon baby on Sept. 5th. We are so excited and will keep you informed with the news!!
Here is what is happing in my belly right now:
Head to bottom, your baby is approximately 5 1/2 inches long (about the length of a large sweet potato) and she weighs almost 7 ounces. She's busy flexing her arms and legs — movements that you'll likely start noticing more and more. Her blood vessels are visible through her thin skin and her ears are now in position and stand out from her head.
